Using Prompt Library with a team (seats + invites)
Quick guide: orgs, roles, seats, and sharing prompts safely inside your company.
1) Create an organization
Open Account → Organizations → Create organization.
An organization is the container for your team and subscription.
2) Invite teammates
Create an email invite from the org page.
Roles: member and admin (invites/billing management).
3) Seat limits
By default, each org includes 1 seat.
Extra seats are purchased separately and increase the member limit.
- If you hit the limit, new invites can’t be accepted.
- You can buy more seats anytime.
4) Best practices
Grant access on a need-to-know basis.
Use tags and collections to speed up discovery.
